When it comes to financial remedy hearings, Mr. Islam guides his clients through every step, from the first appointment to the final hearing. His focus is always on securing the best possible outcome for his clients, ensuring their expectations are met.

Mr. Islam has been representing clients at immigration tribunals (both first and upper tiers) since 2007, working on behalf of many solicitor firms. He takes instructions for all types of applications, including leave to remain, leave to enter, Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR), and more, submitting them to the Home Office and Entry Clearance Officers. Given the frequent changes in immigration law, Mr. Islam understands the importance of staying up to date. In 2015/2016, when thousands of students living lawfully and hoping for settlement under the ten-year lawful residence grounds were at risk of breaching 3C leave due to the Immigration Act 2014 (which removed in-country appeal rights for points-based migrants), Mr. Islam's diligent research saved many students. His extensive investigation uncovered immigration rules (SET-O applications route), which later became a practice followed by other practitioners.
